This is taking on the resonance of a geography field trip for them.
Advice on bringing a packed lunch, expected behaviour but alarmingly none on bringing a waterproof jacket

Or remembering to bring the signed approval forms from parents

People can moan about Doug’s pricing strategy but there’s zero chance he’s changing his find when this is happening. More chance they will go up next season!

To be fair, there's still a few hundred £45 tickets left. I'm not convinced they will sell.

If I was Doug I wouldn't be making beer £3.60 For them. They clearly cant take their beer or coke so £10 a pint for them and close the toilets would be reasonable in the circumstances of their previous behaviour here
Agree just give the a couple of buckets in a corner 👍

Can't stand these lot

Hate them on the same level as Leicester. Think they're a massive club when they arent even the biggest in their own city. Fans are all neanderthals and their accent should genuinely qualify them for disability benefits

Hope we twat them
To anybody outside of the Midlands the Coventry accent is barely distinguishable from the Birmingham one.

Dare I say it sounds more like a Lesta accent than a Birmingham one

I was on a podcast earlier this year, with a mainly northern audience (and presenters).

The following episode my accent was heavily mocked, and they seemed to be mimicking a black-country accent.

I've always thought when hearing my own voice back, that it is a distinct accent, but there's definitely a hint of Birmingham in there.

It’s got mixes of Birmingham and Lesta, depends on the words. Generally I think it sounds more like they do in Lesta

Yes that's a fair shout. As a Southerner I can clearly tell the difference between Cov and Birmingham really but the Leicester and Cov ones are identical to my ears.
😲 One is East Midland, the other West Midland. Nuneaton (Warwickshire) is bordering (quite literally) on a South Leicestershire accent.

Brother in law is from Surrey and when imitating me will make me sound Brummy while pronouncing particular words.

Someone once asked if I was from Shrewsbury because of my accent - proving that some people that are horrendously wide of the mark when guessing.

This is probably accurate tbf as we have fans in a radius of the City, some nearer to Brum, some nearer to that lot, so can be effectively Cov and 20 miles apart.
