Half time 1-0 Newport

Seemed to be all us for most of the half but we just couldn’t find a way through bar the one McNulty chance

Not sure if we’ve changed our shape to counter Newport’s but our attacking options seem more than they have been with Shipley playing very high up, not that it’s helping much mind!

Have we got it in us to win second half by 2 clear goals?

Play offs first and foremost.

I see the automatics as a very tough ask anyway, so play-offs first and nearly every other result is going in our favour on that front.

If we win today and Notts county win only Exeter could stop us if no one had better results from here on in so it’s not that tough.

We don't look up for this enough. Quite dissapointed to be honest.

Need some changes second half.

Another ineffective left hand side. Shipley missing the seasons biggest sitter too

I think we still need a draw to stop being under too much pressure for playoffs.

We are losing though. That was the tone of my reply, that if we lose the other results are helping us for playoff aspirations.

From the position we are in now we should definitely be aiming for automatic, it's well within reach.

To be honest, even a draw wouldn't be a bad result, even if we're aiming for autos. However, we cannot lose this game!

Hmmm.
I predict we can only afford 1 defeat in 8, so losing today is not at all helping is it.

Could well be added to the worst away days thread if we aren’t careful. Drenched, freezing and losing to this shower of shite. Big 45 coming up. Haynes woeful even by his standards. Vincenti not much better.

Agree.

For playoffs it is acceptable (if a defeat can ever be acceptable). For automatics it is not good enough

Left back has been a problem for us all season. Both Haynes and Stokes haven't been good enough.

I'm not there but it sounds disappointing. Just the sort of game Carl Baker would be used for.
Reid needs to come on I would have thought.

I think probably 2 would be ok, but no, not helping.

Yes it is. We might not get another one and that would screw up your forecast

I think a draw the most likely outcome which will be a good result.

Nouble coming on now.

No changes for us, waiting for them to score again...

Listening to Laurel and Hardy on CWR er sorry Eaken and Foster so have to work it out myself if we're playing well or not ? But we are a second half team so hopefully we can get the win.
