Unless I missed it what are the council actually voting on? Is it too accept the bid in principle? Meaning the Wasps consortium have to then raise the money, something that they are yet to do I assume as prospectuses have only just gone out. Or is it to rubber stamp the deal and the ball will start rolling on Wednesday meaning Higgs will effectively be no longer in the loop as CCC taking control of ACL in it's entirety is the first step?
