Who are the council to set a moral judgement on what people can and cant do, its up to people where they want to go and if they dont like it dont go. This council has to be the most fucked up in the whole country.

You live in a city where the council believe the Precinct to be 'iconic'. Their views on what constitutes entertainment are equally out of date.

That said, the only time I was in Heat I was that pissed I can't remember seeing any birds.

Couple of half decent Eastern Europeans when I was last in there but certainly nothing to write home about. Most go there just for a late drink!
