Had sisu/ccfc sat down, been gentlemanly, negotiated in a professional manner, not show disrespect to everyone on the other side of the table, not gone ahead with legal action etc etc
They might have been able to buy a stake in the Ricoh before the 'selling' party realised what their game was and relationships completely broke down.
This all started with sisu intentionally withholding rent.....if they hasn't done that things could have been so different.

But I guess that's not how they operate
