I really don't know the outcome but wouldn't be suprised if crowds are prevented from attending the rest of March's games.
It's true what's been said though on this thread, if fans won't gather in a stadium they'll gather in a pub or any other social setting.
If they are serious about it then they should follow what Italy are doing. However 3 deaths in nealrly 300 cases with all those that have died having poor immunity isn't what I class as alarming.

surely this is the best time to get it, too. Get infected, get looked after, recover, collect £3500. All before it kicks off properly.£3,500 to get infected with it... tempting.
