When you're reading these articles look for which parts are actually quotes from scientists and which parts are either the journalist or the government. When you're reading these articles look for which parts are actually quotes from scientists and which parts are either the journalist or the government. I can't see anything in that article that would indicate SAGE are recommending changing the 2 metre rule.

It has declined significantly from the highs of April no doubt... but it has been stuck between 1000 - 2000 for quite a while. Has it even been below 1000 yet on a single day? (Bearing in mind these are only CONFIRMED cases)It is rapidly declining, look at the numbers over the last few months
