Was alright first time round. Really struggling now. Weekends and weekdays roll into one. I work from home so going from one room to another has lost its novelty.

Now its a weekend walk.

All joking aside it is slightly concerning that the things experts are saying need to be done to deal with variants are essentially the same things that were being talked out this time last year that we've pretty much failed to implement.Now I'm less confident!
For the scientists on here is it right that people are talking about vaccines in absolute terms, saying they work or don't work?
Is there not a sliding scale, I mean a week off work with manageable symptoms is a lot different to ending up in hospital for weeks and potentially dying but they both seem to be classed as vaccines not working.

My kids school (as a common example) has more than 1/2 its pupils in.....they're the ones getting educated....the rest are fed scraps via pdf....
