Every member is straight armed into agreeing an en bloc decision and that decision will always then be there to benefit the strong nations in the cartel and the weaker ones are just told to stand at the back of the queue and be pummelled into submission

I would like my vaccine as soon as possible and if that means somebody in Europe missing out so be it, I am happy to be selfish on this, we seem to be fairly organised and the eu held back by people in office who will make sure they get theirs quickly.
