Would anyone else like to see Conor Chaplin back at CCFC because he had a bit of unfinished business it seems because he was only just getting used to the system

The constant threads about old players are kind of an endearing reminder that so few of us have a clue about players outside of our own team. The sheer panic most of us must feel when asked who we think would be a good signing from leagues that we know pretty much nothing about.

I also didn’t come away from a game (season ticket holder) and once think Chaplin was amazing, he had a great game we would miss him. In my honest opinion selling him was great business to then bring Godden in

Godden has looked better than Chaplin did to be fair (season ticket holder too)

Always liked Chaplin, and I think he would of really pushed on this/last season. For me he is a number 10, so just behind Godden.

If the half million profit we made on Chaplin funded most of the Godden fee, that decision probably went a long way to helping us go up.
Oh and Barnsley have been bottom three nearly all season.

I don’t like going back and re-signing players, but if I had to choose one it’d be Juke!

His conversion rate was terrible at times but the woodwork at most grounds is probably still shaking he hit it that many times :D

Not sure in what his conversion rate is at Blues but think he has improved as the seasons have gone on?

although maybe wouldn’t suit our formation! Plus we have enough who can’t convert (although to be fair to the current squad we had our fair share of goal scorers all over the pitch this season!)

You know what, yes. Not as a starter but he's a better back up for Godden than Baka and Biamou if he's available for nothing.
You know what, I’m going to get slated here, but Baka’s record at L1 level is better than McNulty’s. McNulty has had 2 consistent seasons in his career - in League 2 and the Scottish championship

EDIT: this season was McNulty’s second best in his career at league one with 2 goals
