Players being linked to others Baker, Clarke and now youngster Callum Wilson all for obvious reasons. But are we, we being ccfc ltd still officially in administration, sure we are . If we are is it the administrator Paul Appleton running that side of the business eg: selling players. If he is where does any transfer money received go and who pays up any contract ?
Because as I see it although probably unlikely it is not impossible the whole process could start again. Since that Greg Clarke interview things seem to have gone a bit quiet on that front.

Lull before the storm perhaps ?

Think you will find the rights to any assets in CCFC ltd were purchased by Otium (that would include players). The Football league have given the share to otium and said that for the FL's purposes the club was no longer in administration because it now resides in Otium. Therefore subject to any embargo conditions Otium buy and sell any players for CCFC

PA has no input on players sales or purchases by CCFC (the Club)

CCFC Ltd remains in administration ..... I thought PA had said they would now press ahead with liquidating that company but to my knowledge nothing has been filed yet and no such action taken, which makes me curious why..... but perhaps things take time to do......

Other than the time factor, in your opinion what other explanation is there for Limited not being liquidated?

Not sure to be honest BB ...... it seems PA can act very rapidly when it suits

Does leaving CCFC ltd in administration make things awkward for ACL .... in theory the lease still exists and stops reletting perhaps?

there are i think 28 days in which a creditor can appeal the CVA, which I suppose could be a good reason why, but is an appeal likely?

Do SISU need to retain a link to the stadium to carry through their own plans ?

All speculation to be honest ...... could simply be as i suggest the process takes time and that come next week PA applies to liquidate CCFC Ltd

Surely ACL have to appeal otherwise their statements in the press following FL interview is just rhetoric and a PR stunt....
