Cotterill sacked ! I know a good manager in LG1 who'd be perfect for them , should we be worried ?

Don't particularly like Cotterill nor Bristol City but it's strange. Got them up hailed and then 6 months later surely expecting a struggle anyway and he gets the boot.

Good though isn't it, everytime a manager gets the boot at a champlonship outfit Tony Mowbray is linked and well in the betting keeps our owners on their toes a bit to keep him.

Our new CEO should get onto Betfair exchange and start laying some of those bets - get TM some extra transfer funds....

Mowbray struggles to be away from his family in cov so moving to bristol seems likely 12/1 on skybet fill your boots, do we really have to have this crap everytime a championship team sack their manager?

You know that Bristol is further from the North East than Coventry right?

Not even worth contemplating really, same ol' shite every time someone gets the boot.

No way would TM switch to Bristol - not a bleeding chance, my dears.

True, but don't forget some have to moan, complain or worry about something. They've not had the opportunity to do that this season.

FFS every time a manager gets sacked somebody mentions TM

There are loads of out of work managers out there to fill cotters boots

I've got a real worry Torchy mate.......& its a growing one.....Will my club membership (+ attendance record this season if applicable) be enough to ensure I get a ticket to Blackpool in March, Wigan in April & Oldham in May?

PS: The Oldham ticket is kinda academic, cos I'm definitely getting in for that party, be it by by hook, crook or bribery.....:wave:

Not a chance. Bristol City need a rebuild and I doubt they have cash for that and they may well be in League 1 again next season. No premiership pedigree and a much smaller club than Coventry in terms of support and potential. So if we are looking to be up this year only a lunatic would move from us to there.

They do have money, offered 9m for Gray. Everyone seems to be rejected them though. Bit of a strange transfer strategy to be honest, would be like us going up next year and trying to sign the top players in the league, obviously we'll be rejected.

We don't know if we will be rejected. We have one big advantage. That is TM. Who would have thought at the start of the season that Cole would leave Villa to join us?
