I was in the club shop and was really tempted by the Highfield Road model but saw it was over 1000 pieces which means either it's massive or there are loads of tiny pieces I'd definitely lose within minutes.
Fucking hope not.
Why they wont do the late 90s le coq sportif I don't know, they would clean up
Yeah the sets are small, but I have to say HR looks superb when completed.I was in the club shop and was really tempted by the Highfield Road model but saw it was over 1000 pieces which means either it's massive or there are loads of tiny pieces I'd definitely lose within minutes.
What is the quality like on them? Do the bricks go together well? I’d like one but wary they are not actual LEGO.Yeah the sets are small, but I have to say HR looks superb when completed.
The CBSA looks decent in the photos although the seats are inexplicably not sky blue.
Did HR with the kids over xmas- had loads left over so either we were shit at making it or lots of spares. Haven't opened the CBS yet. I might see if there is enough sky blues pieces from HR to make the CBS as wouldn't be right making it with the wrong colour.Yeah the sets are small, but I have to say HR looks superb when completed.

Yeah pretty decent quality I'd say. But small so can be a bit fiddly. The instructions aren't great either but its fine once you get used to them. What is the quality like on them? Do the bricks go together well? I’d like one but wary they are not actual LEGO.
We’ve done the CBS one and there were a couple of missing yellows, but I replaced them with others that were spare and we got it done. Loads left at the end as well which was a bit weird.Anybody buy the mooi brick stadiums? Yeah I'm 49, shut up. Anyway, the CBSA one I bought had shed loads of missing pieces. Anybody else experience the same issue. They are sold out now so they have given me a refund.
Did the ball and Sam. Had quite a few left over bits on both at the end.Anybody buy the mooi brick stadiums? Yeah I'm 49, shut up. Anyway, the CBSA one I bought had shed loads of missing pieces. Anybody else experience the same issue. They are sold out now so they have given me a refund.
The boys got a few speed champions Lego sets for Christmas!... They are great ...but I have to do the stickers - there were nearly 80 over three sets!!I do like a big lego set to build, find it very relaxing except for the ones that need stickers, placing them precisely demands a patience and precision I just don't have. I got the Seinfeld set for Christmas a few years ago and that saw me through to new year lovely.
There's always another page in historical term's,you just have to create it and turn the page, America are you listening. That sounds like some irritating sod at the factory having a laugh.
I had a mate that worked in Waterstones who used to tear the last page out of books so the person who bought it would have no idea how the story ended after spending hours reading it

There’s scarves on the online store.Called into shop today as I was headed back home up the M6:... Wanted a new scarf , they didn't have any . I know I am an old fossil but who decided that "no one buys scarfs anymore " according to girl on till..
Also as another grumpy moan the stadium really needs some tlc, easier to see when it's not match day.. hope they address it in the summer.. walked to Tesco via the underpass which is frankly disgusting.. a rat ran across the steps in front of me , could have put a saddle on it !! ... Anyway Amazon it is for a sky-blue scarf ... Bah humbug
The American visitor we had the other week had the old style bar scarf, dont know where he got it from but proper old schoolCalled into shop today as I was headed back home up the M6:... The shop has massively improved, unfortunately still has the old staff members. Their mood changes from one day to the next, probably blamed on peri menopause.Called into shop today as I was headed back home up the M6:... Wanted a new scarf , they didn't have any . Absolutely horrendous. Fair play Doug and marketing team, don't miss a trick and keep bringing out ranges to rinse every penny, but it's a no from me. I know some will still buy it (I reckon my daughter would by a dog turd if you put a City badge on it!).Gotta say, the Chinese new year limited edition stuff looks fucking horrific this year.

That's Spurs' 1985/86 shirt with our badge and sponsor slapped on it.I still think this is one of the worst retail decisions in recent times. We never wore this in white (only green and red). its basically a Spurs kit. I've still not seen anybody wearing one, have they sold any at all?!
Annoyingly I'd have bought a green or red one.

The 96-99 ones they probably can't - Le Coq might have some form of patent on themTheyve been churning out shite for a while now at the club shop
The retro range also got lazy, same releases just 'blackout'
If they get the 96 - 01 shirts out they would have people queueing round the block for them
