Got no problem with Gurney commentating, but LB is bloody dreadful, she'll put me off listening to the post match part of the show on the way home from the game.Hopefully not but at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if she takes over from Gurney and he takes over from Clive.

LB was asking Clive how the play-offs worked at half-time and how it’s decided who we’d play if we got in. She clearly has little to no genuine interest in football.

Given the great affection that many Sky Blues fans hold for Clive, this is pretty incendiary stuff.
No thanksClive been bought by Tranmere for a small fee perhaps? Lorna is a passionate and professional presenter and has a great voice. She is good at conveying the atmosphere amongst fans. However she needs to realise that it's not about her and boring mentions about non football trivia (or her or her family) are going to put people off from listening. Rob Gurney makes it about him too much and its very annoying and uneccessary. CWR has been great last few years and they put in great effort that few other BBC Local Radio stations do. Lorna will be fine if she gets the gig and settles down. Will miss Clive though, a real football statto!

I don't believe for a minute that King has had words with the BBC and got Clive the push but its not a great look to have his brother doing stuff like this as it will fuel people who do want to believe it.Terrible form. Someone really needs to put parental controls on that man’s phone.

He posts a lot of nonsense on twitter and most of the time its easy to just ignore it but it would probably be a good idea if Doug had a quiet word and advised him to think about what he is posting.

Clive took over from Gurney in the early 00s.Brushing my teeth this morning and got sad thinking of not hearing Clive commentating again. Voice from my childhood unless I'm getting him mixed up with a prior commentator
