George Thomas I guess
Second best winger we ever had Ronnie Rees.
City leg end Richard duffy
Or Simon Haworth
Dave Bellamy of course
I really, really hate Craig Bellamy.
Les Cartwright, Don Nardiello
Don't know how he qualified, but think that Eastwood was also capped for Wales - maybe not at the same time he was at City though.
Not welsh, but fits with the team name
Chris Coleman as manager.
Liam Walsh is almost Welsh.
Trevor Shepherd , Sky Blues 1960s winger, not welsh but he was a Shepherd.
We used to have a Hugh Barr play for us in the 1930's too.
I think the record books might have spelled his name wrong to be honest.
I sure it is supposed to be pronounced Baaaaarr
Qualified through dual nationality.. Zimbabwean/Welsh parents
He was born in the Scottish part of Wales?
Roy Alexander Barry is a Scottish former professional footballer. Barry played for Musselburgh Athletic's junior side before being signed by Hearts. He then moved to Dunfermline for £13,000, where he helped the club defeat Hearts in the 1968 Scottish Cup Final
Oh dear. I thought it was an obvious joke
Barry Island (Welsh: Ynys y Barri) is a district, peninsula and seaside resort, forming part of the town of Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales. It is named after the 6th century Saint Baruc. Barry's stretch of coast, on the Bristol Channel, has the world's second highest tidal range of 15 metres (49 ft), second only to Bay of Fundy in Eastern Canada.
So, what you are trying to say is that Barry Island was named after Roy Barry?
I think if you had posted Roy Barry.... people would have got it
Not so sure.
Someone put a picture up of the Coventry MP, Zarah Sultana and I asked if she was my current MP and I was given a list of MP's and their constituencies.
This is one for some of the slightly older fans. I'm probably wrong but I'm sure Dave Busst got a call up for Wales then got injured before he got his chance? Like I said I'm probably wrong but something springs to mind. Does anyone else recall this?
I used to go to Butlins at Barry island when I was a kid. Loved it.
Whooosh back at ya
