I'd say playing in the dutch top flight is a step up from League One or even the Championship. It hasn't worked out that badly and he's only very young still.

Only found out yesterday Ben Stevenson is at Colchester now.

If it gets him game time then the chance to build from that. It's a decent level - Kastaneer got relegated from that division last season.
