Checkatrade Trophy: Round One Draw information
Who’s up for another trip to Wembley?
Am I right in thinking that they will be one of those at home and one away, as the U21 team we draw will automatically be at home?Niiice Cheltenham and FGR are the two closest league clubs to me. Either or both away would be perfect.
Another 6-1 Whaddon Road or revenge at the new lawn

Still can't work out how the EFL puts us in the south draw but Wolves and West Brom in the northern section.
Definitely will take Cheltenham away. Was on hols for last seasons game, so a 'new' stadium went begging.A few would go to Cheltenham away. Fun last season.
Good draw for us. Bring it on. We have a big squad and we need these games for rotation

It's a fact that some of the kids teams will have cost millions of £'s to assemble particularly in the case of ChelseaAnd I'm not sure you can call the placing of kids teams into predetermined groups a draw.
Not going to win the FA Cup?I’d like to us to go far in this again without hampering our league form.
Our squad is big and strong enough to progress to the latter stages and why wouldn’t we want to? Momentum and a winning mentality will support our league campaign, regardless of the status of the competition.
Plus, I’d love another trip to Wembley. And as we’re being promoted via the autos, this is the only chance we’ll have.

I think it's been a game changer for the top clubs since they put their u23's into this cup
Chelsea even played senior players who they paid over £10m for in earlier rounds but still got nowhere near the final
That's why the Prem teams are looking at putting their best prospects at our level so they get men's football experience
Correctomundo (in the words of The Fonz)
bring them onSuspect Arsenal kids (alongside Chelsea) will be one of the strongest U23s sides.
