I'm concerned about the lack of pace in our side at the moment. One of the very few times we moved the ball quickly led to Simms goal.
Is FL asking some serious questions of our support staff of why we have so many calf injuries? Alternatively, Is this just a term used to cover up numerous player issues??

Ffs our public transport is shite. It's no wonder nobody uses it.

Announcement for us all to be redirected from Marylebone to Paddington, change at Oxford, hour wait, rammed train and then stood up whole journey. Meantime trains on the Marylebone line up and running again and would've been quicker to stay.

We stayed on the train at Marylebone. Just a gamble though. Then no trains from Leamington onwards, so had to get an Uber from there.

When MVE goes trotting over to the opposite side of the litch to take the long throw i notice the opposition start to get their defence set! So why don't FL get a city play to quickly throw the ball to him as he has no one marking him

I guess because the throw has proved so effective this season. I would like to see us mix it up a bit, though; we seem very predictable at the moment.

I know Brau needs to be stronger but why the feck are we leaving 1 v 1 at the back when we are 1 up? I think Rushworth could have done a lot better as well. Can't be pushing it out straight in front of him, it has to go wide of the goal.

Vs Birmingham.

Rushworth
MVE, Thomas, Kitching, JDS
Grimes
Saka, Eccles, Rudoni, EMC
Simms

Not a bad line up..but attacking options off bench look very limited.

I don't have a problem with Allen, Eccles, KKH and Lati individually but let's be honest, put them altogether and we've got issues.
They are good players but it's a slight dip in quality yes. But still a strong squad that we can bring in people like lati imo

Although still makes me laugh that @Hutch11 said it was a ridiculous take from me not to have Eccles as a definite keep for a premier league squad

Truthfully it was the best game (*only game) I watched yesterday.
Plus me mum made a stew and brought over. There was a raspberry cake for after, and a Christmas pudding, with a cognac for coffee. Top time with the family.

Harsh lumping KKH in there. He was one of our better players until he went off injured.

Yes Rushworth probably should have done better, will let him have that one he has saved us on many occasions this season.
