Or evidence that he's not.

So you’d take a risk? I have seen none of the game against Ipswich but from what I have seen I’d avoid playing him - he looks hopelessly out his depth.

Well, he wasn't at Southampton - I was there. And, as you say yourself, you didn't even see him play.

He was no worse than the rest of them.

To be fair they’ve played very well this season already together for example vs QPR. Just need imo Rudoni to stay more central in the final third

Hopelessly out of his depth is an exaggeration, he looks like a player not used to the speed of the league or our system, which is understandable when he's barely played in either.

Brau made some good tackles against Ipswich but then mostly gave the back straight back. Needs more work IMO

I think he is trying too hard. I can't fault his effort and work rate, but at times he just needs to add a bit of composure. That will only come by playing competitive football and building confidence.

We are going yo find it tough as Jones will shut up shop to steady the ship so probably a draw.

Charlton forum’s views seem to mirror those of most of the league ie ‘they got lucky at the start and it’s caught up with them’.

I think we all know that it's injuries, illness and lack of squad depth in certain key positions that has caught up with us. I think we will be alright, at least for second place, if we have a good transfer window.

When you’re top or successful everyone starts hating. We’re past the stage of poor old coventry in the doldrums and Sisu as owners.
Now is the best time to be playing us, no doubt on that. Though I would ask any side to do better from the same run of games and the same level of disruption.

Don’t base it on what you’ve read on here about the Ipswich game. Some truly bizarre takes.
