Agree with friendly people.

If you really like betting shops and “chip spice” it’s a great place to be.

Hull has some amazing parts of the city and some really terrible parts. I definitely prefer this to somewhere like Southampton which is just ‘meh’ all over.

I’ll go against the grain here and say I really liked Hull.

Admittedly was only in the centre for the weekend but some lovely places and buildings and some decent boozers and restaurants and a proper city feel to it. Certainly had a lot more going on than Cov City centre IMO.

Saying that still hope we pump you 4-0 and Hughes refuses to get on the bus home and books himself into the Britannia until his contract is signed.

He's played well defensively so far. I think we'd need to play him right side though, he's very one footed and has had to cut back onto his right side and play back inside every time.

Exactly this. This kind of limitation is personally why I think he isn’t worth what Hull seem to want.

Don’t get me wrong, I think he would be a great addition and seems to have excellent awareness and physicality.

Good player had a decent game (although our forwards made it easy) and we do need another CB, but those funds are needed first in other places.

I thought he was class. He won every header and organised them so well. Miles better than what we’ve got

Two goal-saving blocks, too, that showed great positioning and timing.

He looked really good.

Agreed, million miles better than what we have and would go for silly money in a couple of years if he stayed fit.

Thought he looked a big upgrade on Kitching. Really noticeable how much he talks and organises as well.
