Hull fans have proven to be some of the most deluded, arrogant fans I’ve come across this window. Saying that Hull isn’t a shithole for a start is delusional, let alone saying it’s better than Cov, and then to say that Hughes is worth £20m + add-ons is the most ridiculous valuation I’ve heard from any fan in the championship. Oh, and grown men there pretend to be tigers before every game ffs

I reckon Doug's got the 10% Monzo cashback on transfers.

I am welling up. That is the nicest thing anyones ever said to me on this forum.

All these years being called a mentalist, a bellend, a twat all make this worthwhile.

Even better that its coming from a poster with such a good reaction score.

I doubt we will hear any more on this until well after tomorrows game now. if it happening at all, at least a week will go by I would think before we hear any more.

If we did sign him, would he replace Thomas or Kitching in the starting XI?

Don't think he'd automatically replace either. Certainly not Thomas, and Kitching is such a warrior, and once Frank brought him into the team he became a staple. Long term though. Thomas can have his 'mad moments' in games, and Kitching is not the quickest, and his aggression will result in plenty of cards over a season. It would be a nice feeling to know that if Thomas or Kitching weren't available for a game, or a spell we won't be relying on powder puff Binks or Lati (who is still a useful squad member, but at CB in a 4 is not in the same class as Thomas or Kitching)

Can’t imagine we sign a player for this much and he doesn’t go straight into the line up

Only posters with a reaction to post ratio of >1 are worthy of listening to imo

There was a poster the other day with 9:1, but not as many posts. There should be a lower posting limit to be considered.

Saddle farmed likes from kitman leaks. That ratio is about to get put to the test.
I notice he's stopped posting as much, possibly to protect the ratio.

Yep.

With the supposed links to Hughes and Doyle (just typing those together gives me flashbacks!), both for around £10m, I can't help thing we could do far better with the squad overall with that kind of money.

For a start I think we could get Tanganga and a RW to compete with Saka for that kind of money.

Seeing as Kitching was one of his go to skippers last season - likely it would be Thomas.

Is this guy worth 10m!?!
