According to that list the Leicester wage bill which I assume is after Maddison & Barnes have left along with one or two others is approximately 20million quid more than their parachute payment.

According to the last paragraph, they have bought Maddison back. No wonder their wage bill is so high.

I'm guessing at championship and below there is a whole lot algorithiming and not a lot of sense checking.
