We went 2 wins,1 draw and 5 losses plus the semi in about 30 days. Killed the playoffs charge. From memory our league form went downhill after the Wolves quarter final as everyone had their eye on Man Utd - so that’s fecked Southampton
Think theyre slightly better than we were tbhWe went 2 wins,1 draw and 5 losses plus the semi in about 30 days. Killed the playoffs charge.
It's worse than that. They're still in the cup. Their game with Blackburn on the 25th will have to move.Great win for Southampton but they're now going to have to play 8 games in 25 days.

They've been playing so well, but this congestion is going to cost them.
Maybe 2FP has accounted for the cup
7 league games and 1 FA Cup game
Yes, but watching an actual game being moved at the same time as trying to work out where another one fits in brings it home.FP has accounted for the cup

Forget Sheff Utd. No parachute payments and skintNext season in the Championship:
Wolves, Burnley, Spurs/West Ham, 4 out of 6 of Ipswich, M'Boro, Millwall, Southampton, Wrexham, Hull. Birmingham, Sheffield Utd
Maybe a couple of others I have missed, but it does look like a brutal division next season, so really glad/important that we've made it this season. Hopefully sets us up nicely to strengthen as a club.
not our problem this year!!!!! fuck em and the camel they rode in on hahahahahhahahaYes, but watching an actual game being moved at the same time as trying to work out where another one fits in brings it home.
I don't think that can be laid at Kim's door tbh.Surprised more boro fans aren’t questioning Helberg tbh. Should be on their way to the prem but they’ve thrown it away with only 2 wins in 9 since the wankathon after going top
He clearly is very good at implementing a tactical style, but the team are mentally weaker than under Edwards
They have zero composure in front of goal. You can blame the squad but I think it is down to the coaching staff. Look at how Lampard improved the goal-scoring of Rudoni, EMC, BTA, Eccles
They seem too emotional. We rattled them easily & you could see it was gonna go wrong yesterday when Conway was geeing up the crowd twice in the first 90 seconds because they’d won a throw in and a corner
There is a mental block there similar to what we had away from home in January. If they had the cajones they would’ve rectified it against Millwall like we did against boro. They didn’t and that is purely down to mentality
That doesn't make sense though. At this point, we are demonstrably not 100% promoted. Of course it's overwhelmingky likely, but that's not the same thing. The problem is, we can only prove them wrong if we don't get promoted.
Ah, a glimmer of light into what the figures mean. We are 100% likely to be promoted if their prediction that we will be promoted turns out to be correct. We’re projected to hit 95-96 points so that’s why the Opta computers have us at 100% likelihood of promotion.
are you slowAh, a glimmer of light into what the figures mean. We are 100% likely to be promoted if their prediction that we will be promoted turns out to be correct.
Probably should've waited until ten to ten after the game.I've bet them to get promoted at 10/3 but that fixture congestion could scupper it.
But don't they have a bigger wage bill than we do? I agree that he's been amazing obviously.4 points from consecutive trips to Ipswich and Boro is no fluke, you've got to applaud Neil for the job he's done at Millwall. If they get autos he deserves manager of the season imo.
I thought Millwall’s was smaller? But don't they have a bigger wage bill than we do? I agree that he's been amazing obviously.
On one of the Coventry podcasts he was genuinely saying the hull manager should be manager of the season for getting in the playoffs mmmmm
All things sky blueWho was?
All things sky blue
Given relegation restrictions and staying in the top 6 is as big as us being Championship champions. They couldn't even have a loan player if it came with a loan fee or the wages were above the average. They've up showing Brum and Hollywood how to do it.On one of the Coventry podcasts he was genuinely saying the hull manager should be manager of the season for getting in the playoffs mmmmm
Course it’s a great job but it’s not as good as LampardGiven relegation restrictions and staying in the top 6 is as big as us being Championship champions. Nah. Their ‘restrictions’ have actually really helped them succeed by incentivising them to hold on to their best players.Given relegation restrictions and staying in the top 6 is as big as us being Championship champions. Sort of Championship related - but assuming we are promoted, a high percentage of our games will be in London - Fulham, Spurs/West Ham, Arsenal, Brentford, Chelsea, Palace, possibly Millwall. Had almost forgotten about that aspect. If Boro go up, you'd have the 3 NE teams, a bundle in the NW (Everton, Liverpool, Man City and Man Utd) leaving Bournemouth and Brighton on the coast. Forest and Villa would be fairly local. That only leaves the Yorkshire Republic of Leeds as the outlier!
Think Millwall have still got a slip up left in them.
