But if the ball hadn't gone out of play after hitting his hand it might have ended as a goal for us. There has to be a set of defining rules as to what constitutes a foul, and there was no legitimate reason as far as I can see why Targett's arm was raised like that, he wasn't jumping, he was attempting to stop a cross into the box, deliberate or not it was a foul.I do think the handball rules are an ass. Accidental should hold much more prominence than it does.
The Targett one was unfortunate because there was no deliberate intent, but as the law stands, it's handball all day long. His arms were well away from his body.
It needs looking at by the governing bodies further for sure.
You mean the cheating history obviouslyTwo divisions between us next season
Thank god we’ve got some history ⚽️![]()

Yeah. I am saying it's 100% a penaltyBut if the ball hadn't gone out of play after hitting his hand it might have ended as a goal for us. Sorry about the picture quality, if you look on Sky Sports, 3 minutes 45 you get a better view, he's even looking at the ball as it hits his hand.

Leicester's new manager bounce (and the best they've played in months, according to their fans) is now over immediately after they've faced Boro and they've regressed to their mean.
They've completely broken xg this year...how does that happen lolHull win![]()
Same games now aren't they until Monday?Hull just 3 points off Boro and have a game in hand. Transfer embargo and having designs on autos. Mental.
Played crap every week and gotten away with it.Hull just 3 points off Boro and have a game in hand. Transfer embargo and having designs on autos. Mental.
They're after taking the Revolving Door Trophy from current holders Watford.Knowing Leicester they will soon be looking for another manager![]()
They would’ve played 1 less than others after this weekend’s matches.Same games now aren't they until Monday?
Us too. They're after taking the Revolving Door Trophy from current holders Watford.
Well whoever the poor sod is, if they can get him in before next weekend for another bounce against the Tractor Boys, that would do me.
No, it would be shit.Us and Hull in the top 2 would be fantastic![]()
You must admit other than failing to make the top 2 it would be funny considering they were amongst the favourites to get relegated considering the restrictions they are under. No, it would be shit.
The you bit I can live with, you've been top for a huge part of the season and are a good side in every metric.
The other occupant, not so much.
I get that, the Champioship equivalent of Leicester winning the Prem in that regard. You must admit other than failing to make the top 2 it would be funny considering they were amongst the favourites to get relegated considering the restrictions they are under.
Welcome to the Championship. The most open division in the world and no game is a given.
Imagine a season where cov buy their ground , go to the premier league and leicester get relegated
