Long way to go but 1st 10 games can give indicators and at the minute Charlton look the most solid of those that came up. Im sure Brum and Wrexham will get better but i don't see either of them being a top 6 sides this season.

It's a 3 year rolling average for any side, even those just promoted. The grey area is down to the EFL not having actual numbers from the first Championship campaign to go on until it's over and they submit audited accounts. They try and get round this by having clubs submit estimates but there is no punishment in them being way off so teams coming up essentially have a free year by telling the EFL they'll fall well under.

It's never been an issue before because most teams aren't spending extraordinary sums in League 1 and then double dipping after promotion.

If Blues don't go up this year then they will be falling well foul of the cap.

If they do make a significant loss each year as said then FFP will be an issue, it will be for everyone as you can only lose so much over a 3 year period.
