They look disorganised because they were. As stated before once you get through or over the first line of the press there are massive gaps in their shape that the other team can exploit. This won't be just a Boro thing, if they don't change how their rest defence is set up then they can get caught out.

So while a draw would have been the best result for us, Ipswich who are still likely to be a bigger automatic promotion challenger losing and us putting more distance between us and them is still the 2nd best option and not a bad thing as it gives us wiggle room if we say go to Portman Road and lose.

That is my point, no one has called Boro a bad team or wrote them off of anything. Just it is more likely that Ipswich will be the stronger team over the whole season so any distance isn't a bad thing.
