you must have missed all his gloating when Boro were on their run of form and we were in the gutter.
I think you've got completely the wrong end of the stick somehow mate, gloating isn't really my style (and neither is it Kris' that I'm aware of) so not sure exactly where you've gotten that from, but ok. When we were on our decent run in Jan/Feb and most on here were resigning themselves to your missing out on promotion, I actually argued that on the contrary more than a few times that I was sure that you were still going up this year, despite getting told by a lot of other posters that I was talking nonsense. I was pretty much known for it at the time. If that qualifies as "gloating" in your book then fine, but I don't imagine it's a book that anyone else has bothered reading.

Go ahead, have a look through the threads if you doubt me, but you'll be wasting your time.

But the point you make about good/bad runs, yes we currently are. A short good run, but a good one nevertheless finally to kick our 6 game horror show in the nuts. We've gotten more points than yourselves over the last 3 or 4 games and whilst you're not on your best run of the season, you haven't been doing too badly at all.

It's arrived a fraction too late for my liking, but if it means we steam into the playoffs in good form off the back of it, then I'm all for it.

Our run is totally irrelevant as we have won the title and got promoted.

You bottled your run when it mattered really.

I doubt Robins will survive the summer as Stoke manager.

so tm to help John Eustace we need to beat Wrexham
Id happily beat them by 3+ goals to reduce their gd on Hull. Its all in Hulls hands then for the final day. Boro will certainly want to sign off with a win v Wrexham next week.

Regardless of whatever else happens, for the FA Cup defeat a few years back, and the defeat to them earlier in the season, I just hope we fucking hammer them. Not for any other reason than they fucking deserve a hammering!

Hopefully the team don't and just go about their business but I get your drift.

Now you have yes, but you hadn't done either at the start of that run. Your best performance was actually when both were in the bag.

But regardless of that in a way, we're now on a good run in any case. A short one as I alluded to, but a good one nevertheless. 2PPG over the last 4, 7 points from the last 3 games (that may have been 9 but for Ipswich's usual theatrical tomfoolery and gormless refereeing) certainly constitutes a decent return and only a fool would argue otherwise.

As I've already said, I'd have liked it to have started a little earlier (or the ref at Portman Road to have grown a pair of bollocks) but fans can't pick and choose these things 🤣

They would have been well out of it if there was any justice with that decision against Birmingham, who also had a penalty against.

If Soton don’t go up, we have to try to get Scienza.

As an atheist, this might be an odd thing to say, but...please god, no Derby in the playoffs or worse, promoted.
