Shame no one told the Preston fans there was a game tonight. No one there ffs
I don't know if you've ever met a Preston fan, but despite having not played in the top flight for numerous generations now, they still, on account of their history, see themselves as being entitled to be up there

Yep. You see it all the time. I must admit I thought it was the sewing machine co. but it's not, it's bicycles. Shame, damn good sewing machines.
Don't see why you couldn't have the two at once. Just attach a spinning jenny to the wheels.

Stoke corner, no-one on the back post, but because the player who should have been there was being assaulted by a Preston Neanderthal.

Putting Sorba Thomas right back is the strangest decision I’ve seen since someone put Rudoni left back.

Don't lots of other clubs' fans assume that "Singer's Corner" is named as a sort of approved area for that purpose, not knowing the historical reference?

I mean let’s be honest here an ill never admit this outside these virtual walls, but that’s a backwards rationalisation and it’s named after the company because it’s where the people who sing were. It was just nice that it was also a historical reference. Like Jimmys Hill was named that at Northampton because it was a hill.

It's a nod to history and no more.

Singers' corner (aka naughty corner to some) happened organically though didn't it?

They'd be mad to after they nearly dropped last year and are comfy, if boring, mid table this year. It's progress.

Stoke owners are mad though.
That’s what I was thinking. They have been unusually patient with him by their standards though.

They would be mad to get rid. They've progressed from last season, they'll probably progress again next season with him.
Not that I really give a fuck, hopefully we will have bigger fish to fry next season.

Their delusion is off the scale. They’ll bottle it again this year.

Yes they were 2nd before hellberg came in. And are…wait for it……Still 2nd by the skin of their teeth.

Saw somebody online today describe hellberg as a genius 😂

I think they finish in the playoffs and to be honest think it would be hilarious to see them fall at the first hurdle again. I really don’t understand this love in online between us and them just because we’ve beat them for the last few years.

The delusion when we drew 0-0 at our play in the semis and they all thought it was game over in the 2nd leg.
