If there's no promotion from the Championship, doesn't that put an end to promotion and relegation throughout the entire pyramid? I would like it so the Championship remains the Championship and is not a stepping stone to the Premier and that teams aren't promoted. You can win the league and stay in the Championship, but are still able to play in Europe.
Still have the playoffs and those three teams, the two automatics and the playoff winner, play in a European competition the following season
