Thought you'd win today tbf. You were just going through a standard wobble that every side around the top does, akin to ours?

It's just our wobble started a week before Christmas whereas yours didn't begin until after Boxing Day. Guess which side around the top (with 5 wins and a draw in their last 6 in all competitions) is due to have their wobble next...?😁

I fancy the game they have away at the Blades, followed by Preston etc could be when they inexplicably start playing like puddings or the strikers suddenly going off the boil may happen as those teams can you punish you if you do. Philogene getting injured may play into that too, but I still figure they'll have too much for Brizzle at home in the next game, even without him.
If Philogene is out, they'll splash the cash on another forward.
Callum Wilson rumoured to be signing.

haha, Charlton score in 1st couple of minutes of 2nd half vs sheff utd 9.
Could be a hatful with Dykes providing assist already.

Big goal against preston , if city win tuesday is it effectively a 3 horse race for 2 spots ?

Not saying it is just saying its looking that way

Seems they play every game at home, but got a month of away fixtures coming up. Hopefully those fixtures can do us both a favour.
Well, looking at the stats of the 3 sides everyone considers "in the mix" for the autos, makes for decent viewing.

COV; 19 games remaining, 10 at home, 9 away. Don't have to play Ipswich, Leicester, Brum, Charlton
VERDICT; A good ratio of H/A games, not including a very good (and Hoodoo!) side, two decent but underperforming sides and a very bottom of midtable side. Also 6 points ahead of 2nd, points on the board and all that.

BORO; 19 games remaining, 10 at Home, 9 away. Don't have to play Hull, Derby, West Brom, Saints
VERDICT; Also a good ratio of H/A games, not including a side expected to be in the playoffs or thereabouts, a side in the pack outside them, a decent but underperforming side and a lower half midtable side.

IPSWICH; 20 games remaining, 9 at home, 11 away. Don't have to play Coventry, Blackburn, Oxford
VERDICT; A fairly poor ratio of H/A games, not including Two absolutely crap sides and a side that whilst very good they have the Hoodoo over anyway. Two points behind second and they have a game in hand. However they risk decent fixture pile up if they beat Wrexham in the cup (and I'm hoping they do, after extra time of course, for this reason)

Only 2 teams can catch us at the top imo. Other teams could catch them in 2nd if they drop off though, if you see what I mean.

February could be for them what December was for us. At least I hope it will be.
