They may well have gone from the 6th tier to the 2nd last season…Stockport when they won the league with Paddy Madden banging them in had far more money to spend on players than King's Lynn, Weymouth and Dover who all got relegated. Were they denied winning the league because of this too?

Parkinson deserves his flowers. He’s got himself int a good situation at Wrexham but he’s done a brilliant job for them.

Dalglish had massive amounts at Blackburn when they were the first bank rolled club. He still had to get promotion to the Premiership and then win the Premier league all on Jack Walkers money.
