Well, some of us have the CCM but no ST, as 19-20 ST hospitality takers aren't currently able to purchase STs!

I have asked Suzette at CCFC about this and access to iFollow as it feels like last seasons hospitality takers are being disadvantaged. It isn’t the intention, but don’t seem to have sorted the mechanism yet. Hopefully we will be given the ability to purchase a seat soon!

You wonder how the club will justify the 3500 cap on attendances. I can't see how they can when Blues are saying 7000-8000 and clubs like Middlesbrough are stating 10,000, albeit in a slight larger ground.

Update from Dave Boddy on the clubs website.
While the return to stadiums is expected to be around 22-25% of capacity initially, which for St Andrew’s is around 7000, we will be required to operate at a lower amount of about 50% for the ‘test event’ – which we anticipate would work well with our Championship Club Membership cap of 3,500.

Disappointing that there was no mention of the Hospitality ST situation, even if just an acknowledgment. They go on general sale in one week!

Which kind of implies they will allow more than 3.5k after the test event.

Well they’re saying 7k if the test event goes well. I guess it’s down to the SAG to give the thumbs up afterwards. Let’s hope whoever plays first out of us and Brum counts for both and we get a quick decision.

I wonder if they’ll extend the CCM once the capacity goes up, just offer normal STs or what. Every possibility the games go back behind closed doors at some point.

I’m thinking they will keep memberships capped at 3.5k so they can guarantee everyone gets in with the reduced capacity (and any potential future caps) and then they can sell whatever remainder if available.

Can’t see any reason they would enforce a lower capacity on us vs blues, so presumably it will be a commercial decision. If it makes financial sense they’d be mad not to open more up.

I assume the 25% cap (7k) applies to both?

That would mean all stands open, wouldn't it?
I'm aware they've said two.

I was assuming that the 3.5k limit was our total at first and that blues were allowed up to 7k, but could be wrong. Seem to recall the wording being a bit vague but suggesting that we’d be limited to the 2 stands again and presumably blues will have the whole ground. But that could all be wrong

I agree mate and not feeling like a premium member at the minute ! we all love the city equally but would expect premium memberships to at least be sorted at same time and not be left to look like after thought and be disadvantaged for buying one ! Hopefully big Dave will step in and sort it out..

yeah. it’s not good enough is it.
I can’t believe the club and ticketmaster can’t sort this out between them. It’s not rocket science.

My dad is a premium ST holder and has managed to sort his membership out ok. I'll ask him how he did it for you.

Really, that's odd. I wonder if he was in the privilege club of VPs and exec boxes. Bit rum, even so, not to keep us in the loop. Frankly I'm getting to the stage where I just want to pay the additional fifty quid for a standard ticket. Surely they can offer that?

You can't by that in isolation (no pun intended), surely, or were you just being facetious?

Nope, tickmaster is only able to link CMMs with 20/21 tickets to 19/20 standard membership. Current situation is that there is no channel through which Hospitality (least Legend/Carrot lounge) members can buy a ST, even though they were 19/20 ST holders. That's THE problem and issue. We have been told to buy a CCM only (which I have) with the assurance that it will be sorted out.

It's getting more annoying each day. The lack of coms around is particularly frustrating.

Can't you just buy one when they go on general sale? Appreciate you'd rather sort it now but you'll be able to get one that way if all else fails.

Well, two issues there. One, will I be able to get one of the 3.5k available, until this allocation is increased. Two, will there be a facility for me, as a CCM holder, to buy that ST at 50/37 quid? Not confident on either of those senarios.

I've been a ST holder on and off over the years. As is, I've held one over the last 9 years in a row, much of it through the clubs' shite years. Excuse me for feeling a bit loyally undervalued!

I bought our ST's from the ticket office today. The lady told me that no one will be allocated seats. When you turn up you will be escorted to the next available seat. We will almost certainly therefore be in different seats each game. That will be difficult for 3.5k fans, obviously harder still for 7k. I don't know if Birmingham have the same plan. It could all be academic after today's news anyway.

In same situation- bought the Championship club as advised- really not bothered about the hospitality option now as it just doesn't seem likely lounges will be open for a long, long time and there really isn't much other benefit. More than happy just to buy a standard ST now but that option not available. Have had hospitality for 5 years now, never asked for a refund on last years, wasn't bothered about the Bury game refund and understood hospitality would be difficult this year but the last note just made things worse as it sort of assumed I would be happy to be rinsed for a further £260 without any realistic hope of getting any appreciable benefit.

Yea this was stated in the CCM releases to be fair. I imagine it will be exactly the same for Blues fans (and probably most around the country). The stewarding cost/work will be significant with 3500 people turning up between 2 and 3 and all need showing to seats.

I'm not sure BoJos update actually impacts it, in my head you'll just be able to sit with a maximum of 6 people. Each group will be separate to each other.

That is absolutely spot on and hope club are reading / monitoring this site. The email very positively said that you wont pay more than last year for hospitality, but then effectively said however you wont get a lounge or a corporate seat, and by the way you can't even get any season ticket due to 'IT issues' ! Felt unclear, open to interpretation and rushed (premium ?) The team do a good job but have not helped themselves or the club with this one, and no excuses at all for lack of any update / follow-up.

I don’t think the season tickets on their own which are going on general sale, it is the Memberships which are limited in total to 3,500.

Finally sorted mine, couple of questions though.

Anybody know where we enter details we want for sizes and the details on the shirts and also how I give the people in my network I've processed for their ifollow login?

When I sorted out our memberships, on the confirmation email there was a link where you could put the shirt sizes in.

I've not got the email through yet, I'm guessing it just takes V12 and the club to talk before it all comes through.

The finance on the V12 is stupid! £190 student option ends up paying £352, that’s crazy payments. I know it’s nothing to do with the club but bloody hell
