Send chaser emails to the CCFC Store. The likelihood is that they’ve been lost in transit.

That’s how I got my away top delivered, and pretty certain had it not been chased, it wouldn’t be here still.

If no luck with the above, Tynan Scope may be your best bet. He's Head of Commercial and also one of the Supporter Liaison Officers. Failing that Mark Hornby is the other SLO.

I find this really interesting, must have placed 20 or so orders over the past few years (don’t live in Cov), never had any issues.
Guess I’m one of the fortunate ones.

Similar, I've had quite a few orders over the years, including the obligatory Christmas presents this year and can only remember one hitch (home socks in wrong size for my lad this year), which was resolved promptly.
Like killers curly mullet, must have been lucky!
