A lot of people on various threads are mentioning Sisu's exit strategy. Lets sign the CVA and then Sisu will sell, they will have an asset in a 10 year lease ?

If they wasn't going to sell before admin why now ?
Personally i don't see them accepting the new acl deal on the table and i don't see them selling up yet !!!!!

Most probably correct on both points! Doesn't matter how good a deal the rent is, it's about 'other' revenue streams IMHO!

What about Young Timothy saying at the forums, you don't sell at the bottom of the business cycle and we're currently at the bottom, or something like that.

Negotiation on revenue streams is part of the deal on offer.

I should imagine that Tim Fisher is one of those fortunate enough to be garrunteed employment for the rest of his life.

Being mostly unemployed since he was sacked, nearly 10 years ago, from his job in the City until SISU took him on would suggest that you are a bit optimistic about his future prospects.

if they were back at the ricoh, surely the club shop would be up and running too, which they are not getting at the moment.

Shouldn't take them long to wheel the barrow over from Tesco, tunnel under the trainline could be a bit of a bugger.
