We need new players and a new system or we'll start to fall down the table.

Before posting a sarcastic response, you may want to consider that when stating we didn’t need to sign a striker in January. You had it as a matter of fact that we would have the Duck all season. Whereas I was pointing out that that may not be the case.
I felt recently he would be going after getting hauled off at halftime. However when Beavon gets picked ahead of you after the manager says you are due game time. Then that looks grim.

Duck and Ponticelli time anyone ? Have no idea why the Duck is on the bench so much of late ... bemusing ... seriously ... especially with our ineffective front end of the last couple of games ?

OK but I'll go back to my earlier comment. Who is going to win the ball off the defenders?

Anyone questionning the strikers today is an absolute fucking idiot. We could have had Harry Kane up front today and we'd have still limped to half time at 0-0. Our crosses into the box have gone straight out of play, nothing has been gone through the middle because every time Doyle gets it he goes long, so Bayliss is a passenger and there is 35 yards between our midfield and strikers most of the time. Need to at least play the Duck who can make himself something if we're going to set up like this.

Hopefully we will get the ball down now and try and play. If we are hoping Duck scores a screamer he needs the ball at his feet and not over his head.

Nope, still going long and it's still coming straight back at us.

At least Nazon will give their defence something to think about. He is a player who likes to have the ball at his feet and run at people.

Maybe that will just help us change tactics for starters.

DKE with good play with Grimmer, gets it to Duck but he gets tackled and goes down. Their counter comes to nothing.

Here's me hammering the long kick, Doyle with a great ball over the top for him to run onto. Great finish!

Leaves keeper standing.

Would love to see the statistic for how many time we have passed the ball further than 20 yards and it’s actually led to a goal scoring chance.
Compared to several short passes over the same distance

It just did in fairness. Doyle with a great ball into space to be run onto, not to compete in the air.

What????

Robins is a genius!! Prefect tactical deployment!! Lure the opposition with a elongated spell of shiteness and then when they're not looking, hit them hard, ghost in and grab the goal.

McNulty again!

We love McWankty we do

Shows what happens when we put the ball into a decent area.
