It's not about supporting SISU it's more in the understanding of the situation the club is in and what can be done to rectify the situation. SISU are an easy target due to their very poor PR. Do fans really belive that Chinese investors only interested in rail infrastructure or an American property tycoon, interetsted in property will be any different to SISU, will they be more ethical and have the Sky Blues in the hearts? Bollocks will they, their PR may improve, but their motivets will be the same, how much cash can they take from the club and bury abroad back in their home bank accounts. If SISU can pull of the amazing and write £70 million off and still keep the club going, then I am going to them for finacial advice. Why aren't the Council getting more critisim, look at they way they have wasted public money and squeezed and distressed small buisnesses Support the team not the business.

You and idiots like you need to get your head put of your backside. Accept that the club has to own the management company and has to also have the ground on a long lease with a peppercorn rent. As a supporter that has to be a primary objective for it to have any hope of success.

I am not a Coventrian but lived in Coventry for over twenty years and was a season ticket holder in the West End from the mid-1980's until the early 2000's and now live back home in my native Scotland. I have closely followed our demise in recent years with great sadness and this is my take on it.

True ACL are not completely blameless (high rent and all that) but I solely place the blame on SISU. They have driven a wedge between the club and the fans from their gross mis-management. It is they who have spurned the chances of reduced rent just lately, it was them that took the club out of the city, it was them that wholely do not give a stuff what the fans want. Laughingly as well we have the Football League saying we can't force SISU out as they have the sufficient funds to cope. Really? Then why have we been liquidated? As for those who want to blame ACL for the liquidation would you seriously expect them to sign away the rights to their debts after SIS stuck two fingers up to them and moved the club to Northampton? Of course not.

One last thing on SISU's incompetence. They went into administration last year when we had average home gates of 10,000 so how do they hope to survive on average home gates of 2,000 max at Northampton. Staggeringly inept thinking.
