You need some kind of lead up to get everyone ready to belt out the chorus

I reckon if you could get ~20 of you with decent voices, who know all the words and can keep decent time, to start singing from the beginning then it might pick up steam and you'd get a decent rendition of the chorus.

It's easily doable. It's a long song that would carry on.

Although we'd have to fit it in-between the 27 renditions of PUSB we sing before and during each first half.
