Has'nt he already? last weeks statement,"I have sold certain rights to assets within LTD ,I stress I am only able to do this as they Claim beneficial ownership" !

He can, although it can be challenged if there's a reason to, I think.

The consequence wrt the league is further penalties, although frankly that's the least of our worries.

Again jimmy PA says he has been able to sell rights to certain Assets of LTD as they lay "Beneficial Ownership Claims over them . That Is where a challenge can be made ,Its all down to ACL ,or anyone willing to back them through Legals.
