Has'nt he already? last weeks statement,"I have sold certain rights to assets within LTD ,I stress I am only able to do this as they Claim beneficial ownership" !
Again jimmy PA says he has been able to sell rights to certain Assets of LTD as they lay "Beneficial Ownership Claims over them . That Is where a challenge can be made ,Its all down to ACL ,or anyone willing to back them through Legals.
