Why Sisu are holding out or are there really no other options available? The value of our playing staff (surely the only asset which the club have left) is only some 1 mill. for the entire lot. That is not going to get then back the 40mil which they say nthey have put into the club.

You've answered your own question - there is no option available to them - no buyer so they carry on until someone comes in with a realistic bid.

Because they are determined to recoup as much as possible. ARVO ensures they're guaranteed the assets in liquidation, but that won't be as much as they could get from a white knight or Ricoh revenue streams.

The scary thing is we don't actually know what they are doing or what their plan is, we are just second guessing. Which is a crazy situation to be in really.

Or has anyone considered that they haven't put £40m in, just secured this as loans against the club...and that is therefore hindering a sale?

Who would pay £40m for a L1 club with no assets and playing in a rented stadium??

City fan Hoff or a Chinese billionaire, I've heard.

I've heard that the Chinese zillionaire story is a load of bullshit...hence Uncle Joe and The Hoff getting back in with the current owners.

There is no deal...if there was it would have been done by now.

Believe what you see. lads, not what people want you to hear. Even the likes of Keys have gone quiet.....:thinking about:

And it has also being said Joe and Hoff getting back in with the current board is bullshit. Who knows what to believe.

Agreed mark82, but Orange Joe was backing Waggott and Fisher at the forum, and from what I have heard, both he and The Hoff have been asked to bring in investment.

Nothing new in that situation, I know, but the Chinese trillion/zillionaire story has died a death....so, yes, god knows what is going on....is the 4000 season ticket sales a load of shite? We're only the fans after all, why should we be kept informed???

Which rather begs the question - what do you consider a "realistic bid" for a business whose liabilities exceed its assets, that is losing money every month (£500k according to TF recently) and has just had a massive decrease in revenue following its relegation?
