Does anybody remember Brian Flynn breaking his leg against us at HR when he was with Leeds? It would have been anytime from 1978 - 1980 I'm guessing. I was at the game and remember him being down injured for ages and stretchered off. I'm 'hoping' it was a leg break as I've been relaying this story to any Leeds supporter I've met over the years.

The question picture was from a game in October 1975 - unfortunately we lost 2-1.
We had lost 0-3 to them 6 months before in the league at HR. But what a day the last game of the season was at turf moor with a David Cross hat trick to go with the 3 he got at Everton on the opening day of the season.
Those were the days my friends!

Oakey ... what a player!
That Admiral kit! The 70s was a golden age for City.

Burnley had a cracking team in those days.

Painful memories of that last game of the season. Burnley fans were throwing stones at us from behind the stand and I went to pick a balloon up off the floor and someone stamped on it at the same time. Broke the end of my finger.
