Let's be honest he's very replaceable

His goals and assists bare his 2 month purple patch are poor for a 10

And everything we've done over the last 2 years had been done without him for 90% of it

We will be fine. Godden had had a bigger impact on our club than Callum

Our best run of form last season and in the play off season came on his return from injury. He's much more difficult to replace than Godden.

Today was obviously the deadline the club put down. If he still hasn't made his mind up then I'm glad the club has done it for him.

We'll move on without him and continue our rise.

It’s his problem now. Unless he’s signed for someone already? I’d have signed a long contract with us if I were him.

A great player for us who gave us some wonderful moments.

However we made it to a penalty shootout away from the Premier League without him so whilst we will miss him he can be replaced.

Doesn't feel as gutting as losing Gyokeres or Hamer.

Still think Rudoni will be better tbh. I liked O'Hare but he's not even in our top 5 best players, which shows how far we've come in a short time btw.

I think fans should ultimately just remember his part In our journey back .. who here remembers him scoring at Southend , and Oxford?

A big part of our rise

Jeez, reading some of the comments on here ~ what is up with some folks….. hardly a surprise to anyone or a cataclysmic event.

COH did well for us in the main, and I enjoyed watching him play, but players come and go ~ that’s the very nature of the sport, or any business in fact. Same goes for VG and GH, and now AV too. Life moves on very quickly.

I do fear how some may cope when MR leaves at a point in time…

Fellas got to do what he thinks best for him but to go to another championship team leaves a bitter taste. To move up to the prem he wouldn't get slated as much but to move to a div rival I shitty

He helped us rise to where we are, but he isn't consistent enough to get us to the next level. Whilst he was good for us, we have both moved on. Good luck to him and thank you but don't get too emotional about it. I was more gutted to lose Gus and Vik to be honest

It's not shitty.....I moved from one employee to another in the same industry for more money.....it's far from shitty....it happens.
I'd have loved for him to stay but I'm going to look at it as a positive....we can use the funds to find another gem

He was a good player for us rather than a great player. Gave moments of great joy but not consistently. Great energy not so great assists and goals for an attacking midfielder. Clearly something went on in the last 6 months as Palmer was picked ahead of him.

Good luck to him and I wish him all the best wherever he ends up-Leicester, Leeds or wherever it is. Some people just can’t get their heads around a player who really contributed to turning us around moving on to pastured new. It’s a job-they are not fans.
Isn’t it good that other clubs are now actually interested in our (was) players? It’s not that long ago that we couldn’t wait to see the back of or couldn’t get rid of some of the turds that “contributed” on the pitch.

Callum was a good player for us. He brought the pressing, constant energy, and he looked to have added a final product in the middle months of this season. I for one will be sad that he will no longer wear a sky blue shirt next season, however, he is a part of CCFC history now and we need to move on. Rudoni looks a class player and hopefully he can fill some of the burden left by O'Hare and his all round game.
I agree that the thought of losing O'Hare does not feel the same as when we lost Gyok and Hamer though
