Same here. Hate queuing.

Much better to do it online and if I was one of those unable to get online I think I would be asking someone to go online and do it for me.

Some of us work shifts. Just done a weekend of nights. But the bonus is whatever I want to do during the week is easier. Everyone's busy at work

People need to realise not everyone has computers, I pads or fancy mobiles and some like to buy and have their tickets in their hands we have all heard of tickets going astray in post, late getting sent out etc, I'll put money on some sweating to receive them by post
