Difference is, they had a gameplan to suit their players.

Agree with all that except McNulty/McWankty. He had a poor game tonight but he’s a god damn striker not a winger and he’s scored 20 goals this season. It’s been a long time since someone did that in a sky blue shirt.
Mmm, I can see why folk are angry. £50 for me and the little wife to watch that. First half wasn't too bad but 2nd showed what this level is all about . Lack of quality, time wasting, cheating, fake injuries. Poor referee too. Burge is just dreadful, how is that guy still here. Many others gutless too. Fairly open minded on Burge. I don’t think he’s very good but also accept he’s fairly standard for this level. Not too sure how he can take much blame for tonight. May have missed something of course, but other than emotion, and previous bias, can’t see how he was remotely at fault for tonight

Yep. We keep seemingly get to the stage of 'if we can win this big game we'll have a flood of fans coming back to watch us again,' but we fail, time and time again and people go home disappointed and deflated until the next big game.

They had a game plan and it worked. Rough us up as the ref was weak, time waste, stay down when unhurt, it's called the dark arts and they pulled it off. Our defence has gone from the best in the division, to now the weakest, we were soft and Lincoln knew that. Now it's in our own hands, and we know we'll fuck it up !

The defence of Burge is indefensible, I thought Grimmer was dire too, not that impressed with Kelly either ! Our two best players by a country mile were Doyle and Bayliss. ......Ponticellis miss at the end was appalling and the other miss by Biamou wasn't great either. Personally as a bit of a casual supporter now I could live with some of the errors and lack of quality but not for £25 a match plus all other expenses on a match day to make it a night out.
But its year on year the same with different teams,.... we need winners here not just players that have played in promotion teams, how did they get that promotion ? probably with players that would run through brick walls, last season and the season before we were being bullied WHY hasn't this been rectified.
I think we all knew to a man that in league 2 its a bunch of cloggers and that is why its difficult to get out of the league because we have 1 ...Michael Doyle, a player not liked by everyone but at 36 is our stand out player of the season, JCH at times knows how to bully but most of his time is spent inspecting the grass....I am so bloody angry, I need to have a row with someone out there today
Absolutely but the ref let them get away with it. The Lincoln fans taking the piss about how we've fallen down over the years, summed it up didn't it ?
I felt embarrassed to be honest as there's Lincoln a non league club not that long ago coming to our place and turning us over.
