No, but the likes of Spon St, Upper Spon St, Far Gosford St etc are. What about the topshops in Spon End/Chapelfields that most of the pre-industrial city was built on? The canal basin that was instrumental in bringing in and taking out the materials and finished products? Small parts of the city wall and the remaining gates?

Also we're assuming we should ignore all the post war stuff which is just as much a part of our heritage now.

It did have restaurants at one time! A self service one in the basement and waitress service on the mezzanine floor.
