Will be 6 weeks since he went off injured on 7/1, when do we think he’ll be in the squad?
I think he'll be back when he's fit again after his injury to be honest mateWill be 6 weeks since he went off injured on 7/1, when do we think he’ll be in the squad?
Loving the positivityI personally don’t expect him to come back in the same kind of form he was in at the time of the injury, but we’re in need of more attacking options in the squad.
yet on another threasd hes saying we dont need an attacker cus BTA is back soon. he's all over the place.Loving the positivity
The point is that we don’t need a player as good as early-season BTA to win the league from this position. At this stage, it doesn’t even matter if he doesn’t come back at peak form.yet on another threasd hes saying we dont need an attacker cus BTA is back soon. he's all over the place.
Good find8 weeks, so mid-Jan return:

I understand your point I truly do but I think sometimes you need to look at the table and realise we haven't missed anyone this season as of yetWe have missed BTA more than we did Rudoni, as has been demonstrated by our loss of dynamism in recent weeks, even after Rudoni's return. Hope he is back for Lestah!
BTA is the player of the season for me, by a country mile.I understand your point I truly do but I think sometimes you need to look at the table and realise we haven't missed anyone this season as of yet
Yep - was going to say exactly this!! "Getting by without him" and "not missing him" are two very different things in my book!BTA is the player of the season for me, by a country mile.
We've got by without him with luck and some very narrow wins, relying on our keeper, and the opposition missing sitters. (Swansea being just 1 example)
Since he's been out the goals have dried up, and we no longer blow teams away like we did against QPR, Brum, and Derby etc.
Where wins were effortless before, they are now hard fought for by everyone.
For the Swansea and Bristol games I give you Southampton and PNE where we really should’ve won. The points return has been fair, not lucky.BTA is the player of the season for me, by a country mile.
