If you look at the systems in place for the team and the club they are top notch.
Manager/Coach/system of play and recruitment team all gelling.
Never been sensible to buy in January and our targets will all be coming to add to our bloody brilliant squad in the summer.
Let’s forget all the Ricoh/Coventry shit and for the remainder of the season give Robins and the boys all the support we can give.

We have had a monumental thrashing of sorts already, when we lost at Rotherham, but we bounced back pretty well from that.I know, I can just see numerous ways for it to derail us. A monumental thrashing which derails us completely, or a big battle to stay in contention and we are knackered & then we lose anyway. I just don’t see any upside at all. Promotion is worth more than £300k and we’ve got a better chance.
Best equalising rate in the division - gone behind 11 times and equalised on 8 of those occasions (73%). What hasn't been said on here today is that McFadzean has helped to develop and bring out the best in Rose and Hyam. The three of them as a unit work really well together, hence 1 goal conceded in the last 4 games.

Let's just be happy that we've got a man who seems to be a great fit for our club and who is giving us some of the most enjoyable seasons I can remeber.
He also seems to have persuaded the owners to implement a successful recruitment model that can work with in the financial constraints the club operates in.
I don't think he is our most successful manager, but he's certainly the one I've been most scared of losing.
