He is the one player that I would be absolutely gutted to lose this season. He was outstanding last season and can only get better.

Worth us and him holding on for a season you'd think, if possible. If he can add goals and assist to his game, he can have a pretty decent move, and we can get some pretty decent cash.Top of the stats in lots of areas iirc, and if we hinted at him being available, there'd be a big queue for him.

As with most loans, we're still likely to be still paying a portion of his wages. So, unsure whether we'll be able to get him totally off the books - as you would if his contract had simply expired.
