Would take 0-0 for sure but think we will let 1 in and can't see us scoring

1-0 City...Huckaby sends in a brilliant cross for Dublin to head home!!! Seriously though, who knows...at this time of the season with teams still building anything could happen. I'm going for that 1-0 win for City as our defence is looking solid and we have options up front...

Yes would be chuffed to bits.
If we get out of August having only lost to Swindon.
I will see that as an achievement.
The way we are doing our business.
I can see the first 11 that steps onto the pitch in September, been very different to that of those early games in August.
Bradford will be our first match against a team with genuine chances of winning the league or getting the play offs.

I think TM is going to persist with 3-4-3 formation and based on injury feedback from TM see him lining up this way.

RCC
DKE RWB
Willis CB
Ricketts CB
Turnbull CB
Page LWB
McCann CM
Vlad CM
Tudguy CF
New Burnley Striker: ATT
Reid ATT

Subs: Burge, Harries, Haynes, Jones, Lameiras, G,THomas, McBean.

I think sadly Bradford will be too strong for us at this moment so see a 2-0 loss unfortunately on this one.....hope I'm wrong

So you and others would be happy to get through a 4th league game in a row without a goal or win. Some people!
More fodder for the theory that some of our fans have set their expectations too low....a few years ago we'd be outraged at not beating Bury or Shrewsbury (or Swindon, tbf) but now it's just met with a shrug.
Nothing personal mate but for me I think we ought to be doing a lot better.

Maybe we should be doing better, but you can only take one game at a time and looking at today's match against one of the favourites for promotion, away from home, then I think 0-0 would be a very good result for us.

IMHO.

Exactly I had hoped from the first 3 games 6 or 7 points at the very least but Bradford away a point isn't a bad return, even last season when we played them away we were top most would have taken a point that night.

Yep - happy with a draw
Without the physicality of Rose, and if they have Hanson in the team, it will be a struggle - but a wonder strike, a Vincelot reckless tackle and who knows?! We live in hope. Like a number on here, I am taking anything this side of September as a bonus, and hoping we don't get key players picking up injuries (particularly those having to play with niggles - as per Jody jones - when they shouldn't really being 'risked')

Bradford striker James Hanson hopes to return to contention against Coventry after missing the midweek win at MK Dons due to a calf strain.

Boss Stuart McCall opted to play Billy Clarke as a lone striker on Tuesday night but Hanson has targeted a return to action at the weekend.

Versatile midfielder/defender Timothee Dieng made his first appearance for the club off the bench at MK Dons after recovering from a calf injury and is pushing for a place in the starting line-up.

Tony McMahon overcame a knock in time to play the full 90 minutes on Tuesday night and should continue, but winger Filipe Morais is still struggling with a thigh injury.

Dan Agyei could make his Coventry debut after signing on loan from Burnley.

The striker has joined for the rest of the season with the Sky Blues looking for goals having drawn blanks in three of their opening four games.

Chris Stokes, Cobi Jones and Ivor Lawton remain long-term absentees while Kwame Thomas is a doubt after being stretchered off against Shrewsbury on Saturday.

New signing Jordan Turnbull may feature against the Bantams after joining on a three-year deal from Southampton.

Not taking it personal at all. Opinions are just opinions.
I would have loved us to have signed all the players we needed during pre season.
Have had one friendly with them before season starts.

However we are still signing them now. Our first 11 that started the season for me at a push would be lucky to only lose one and draw two. I was aiming for drawing all the games if we had a bit of luck.
We now have McCann back, Turnball signed and just signed Dan A.
However it's all only just happened and we are meeting in my opinion one of the best sides in the league away.
So yes I would take a draw out of that.
Two more signings that are automatic first teamers and I will start dreaming again, however today and for August I am a realist

The City side of a few years ago isn't the same as the one now though

I'm not surprised at his age.

I think things will be different now we finally have a fast dynamic striker as opposed to Marcus Tudgay stalling attacks up front

I'm going to go for a 1-1 score draw and several hysterical calls to cwr afterwards, bemoaning the fact that when we finally score a goal we let one in.

just think we are being a little naive by thinking that we just have to survive until then, then magically everything is going to be great

Bradford 2 nil up at half time so that they can watch the Olympics on their I pads during the second half! 2 nil the final score.

I don't think anyone doesn't think every game matters, we just don't all think the season is over because we haven't scored a goal or won a game yet.

I agree every game matters, but from what I have seen from the last 2 home games, and taking into account our injuries, I still think anything in August is a bonus
