Boycotting St.Andrews will serve no useful purpose. It will only harm the club you claim to support and possibly lead to administration and points deduction. The fault lies with Wasps who insist that SISU indemnifies them if the EU find the Council acted wrongly. Don't punish the club for something of which they have no control on this occasion.

And to add to this, if people don’t want to go just say that instead of “boycotting”.

If 8000 fans travel to Birmingham, where is the incentive to return to Cov?

The EFL have stated that the club must return to Cov, regardless of anything else.

Because it shows what excellent support weve got and means they can invest in our own stadium for the future

SISU has a plan. Such a pity it doesn’t include the fans.

Why follow them to Brum?

I guess many on here didn’t go to Sixfields. A lot did.

The EFL, Council, Wasps all have a disregard for the fans..

It's a worry. Will they adhere to this? Or would they be all flaky and allow a further 3-5 year extension after say a 5 year limit was exceeded?

Do we honestly haven't trust in the EFL at all? I certainly don't.

I would like them to put a 5 year limit on moving out of the city and for it to be mandatory and binding with no movement on it.

I have zero faith that we won't still be playing at St. Andrews or wherever else for the next 10 years if Sisu are still at the helm.

Clearly not, I have as much faith in the EFL as I do in all the other clowns involved in our current plight.

If the owners can demonstrate financial viability and a lack of sites in Coventry for a stadium then the EFL will allow them to play elsewhere, they would really have to exercise the powers to close the club and they will not do that.

But if Wasps are still here in 5 years not letting us play at the ricoh and CCC refuse permission to build a ground would you want them to forcibly liquidate us?

Unfortunatly i also feel this is going to be a 3-5 year thing. Whats going to change after a year? The EU complaint has already been said to take upto 3 years. SISU have absoloutly no plan or desire to build a stadium. They are merely using the club as a barganing tool for what they see as the bigger picture. They want the Ricoh. And on that note i wholeheartedly hope that they dont get there hands on it as you could bet your mortgage that once they eventually decide to sell the club, the stadium won't come with it. And we will be forever br paying SISU our landlords extortionate rent to play there.

Listening to some of the more special 'fans' on the phone in last night it appears they are happier to allow us to drop to non league and reform than to actually retain our league place with a short term groundshare. If this is indicative of a section of the fan base then no protest, boycott etc will make any difference at all

It was never voted on as far as I am aware. They were getting the club to make a decision. We were never in danger in my opinion. The fact they have £1m of sissu's money to ensure a return gives me hope.

Right, no one is going to buy the club at the level we are at being tied into an extortionate rent deal. The only reason SISU got involved with this looming over us was the big pot of gold from one good season. There is no commercial merit for them to build and retain a stadium, especially considering there’d be another option (the Ricoh) in the city.

At this point the only way they turn this investment into a success for exit is to either build a ground or acquire the Ricoh and sell it as a package. That way the business has assets which will attract potential investors (good and bad).

Boycotting St Andrew's will achieve nothing, it's not going to force Wasps into doing a deal to allow us to come back and will only harm what Robin's is trying to do.

If you dont want to go, dont go. If you cant make every week then do what you can to support the boys.

Anyone who boycotts st Andrew's and just goes to away games....your logic makes no sense.

I didn't go to sixfields, but this is different. Logistically I wont be able get a ST but I will get a 12 match package and take my 8 year old who is besotted with the club.

The club and the team need us.

What aspect of “fit and proper” would SISU fail on? All creditors (apart from themselves via other vehicles) are regularly paid, nothing illegal has taken place, they’ve supported the club as and when required with cash flow loans.

They don't want to sell do they, not until all legal avenues are exhausted and as we all know that could drag on for years. In the meantime people lose patience and drop off and parents struggle to bring up kids as Cov fans. These bastards are putting a huge dent in the club's future if it is even going to have one.

Right now they don’t seem to want to sell, no. Doesn’t change the fact that once this has all played out (be it in 12 months or 25 years) they need to grow an asset base to make us saleable enough to get a significant return on investment. Your point doesn’t have much relevance to what I was saying.
